Plan It Spokane - Year End 2005 Report (5,179 KB).   This report describes the City's planning-related accomplishments in 2005 and looks ahead to 2006.

The year 2005 was a significant one for planning in the city--a year when many development regulations were updated and improved, when new new land use designations and zoning were adopted for centers, the City's new "Unified Development Code" was published, and record numbers of planning applications and development permits were processed.

An article on p. 11 of the report describes why the Planning Services Dept. is publishing this document in a time of very limited City resources, which we in Planning Services make every effort to conserve.  We hope you find this report of interest and value.
