Shorelines Technical Advisory Committee (STAC)
This group was
formed to share information, encourage cooperation, and promote consistent
intergovernmental activity associated with the Shoreline Master Program (SMP)
Update. The committee members represent state, local, federal, and tribal
government agencies, as well as individuals and organization with technical
information and expertise associated with the Spokane River and Latah Creek. As
the Shoreline Master Program Update progresses, this body will act to assist in
the review of all the update materials. This committee conducts the majority of
its business via email, mail and phone with only occasional meetings. The
