Downtown growth and revitalization continues to be hot spot in Spokane’s economy. To assist developers and businesspeople in their ongoing investments in downtown, the City of Spokane has put together a half-day workshop to discuss tools that are available to help with these efforts.
Sessions throughout the morning will focus on development issues, incentives, and Spokane. You’ll get to learn about green building initiatives, tips for opening a restaurant in downtown, and tips to make your project financially feasible.
