Pre-Planning Meeting Schedule

A pre-planning meeting will help neighborhoods understand the whole process and the different entities that have gone into, and will go into the planning process. 

A pre-planning meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2003 at the Spokane Arena Champions room located at W. 720 Mallon Avenue for the following neighborhoods:

A second pre-planning meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2003 at the same place and time for the following neighborhoods:

A third pre-planning meeting is scheduled for October 9, 2003 at the same place and time for the following neighborhoods:

Only four neighborhoods are scheduled at a time because one neighborhood planner is designated to each neighborhood and this meeting will have some one-on-one time with each planner.  Topics such as neighborhood planning boundaries, stakeholder groups, notifications, planning track (based on the Neighborhood Planning Guidebook), resource identification, funding sources, and other items will be discussed.
