-    A Tax Increment Finance District has been established.

-    What is Tax Increment Financing?  Tax increment financing (TIF) is a method of redistributing property tax collections within designated areas to finance infrastructure improvements within these designated areas.

Avista has finalized an easement across Veterans Park that will allow them to finish the alignment of the high voltage lines.

The majority of blasting on the Kendall Yards sight should be completed with the possible exception of small blasts necessary near the Avista substation.
