Building Blocks

"Spokane Building Blocks" is the City of Spokane’s citizen education series about planning-related topics. Developed by the City’s Planning Services Department, the series features topics such as land use and transportation planning, citizen involvement in planning decisions, and the City’s work to revitalize its neighborhood business centers.

The sessions are taped and replayed on Channel 5, the City of Spokane’s government-access cable station. The most recent session is replayed:

  • 11:00 a.m. on Tuesdays
  • 2:00 p.m. on Thursdays, except on the second Thursday of the month when the Park Board meets.
  • 6:30 p.m. on Sundays

How to borrow recordings of previous sessions
